The company is situated in Tantian District, in the east of Dalian Salt Chemical Group, Fuzhouwan Street (former Fuzhouwan Town, Puwan New District of Dalian City), Pulandian City, Dalian City, Liaoning, China. With Dalian Songmudao Chemical Industry Base in the east, Paoya Village in the north, Xietun Town in the west, Pulandian Bay in the south, it is easy of access. The company occupies an area of 20,800 square meters, with building area of 2,500 square meters. The company holds ¥30 million fixed assets, has 50 employees, and 5 of whom are engineering technicians. 

The company engages in managing 1,500 t/a air bromine blowing project, a comprehensive utilization project of brine that was implemented in 2010 and passed the completion acceptance of Dalian Administration of Work Safety in November 2013. The company obtained the safety production certificate given by Liaoning Administration of Work Safety in January 2014 and the national industrial production permit given by Liaoning Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision in June 2014.
